Job Specification

The Luxembourg client service division of this financial services company is seeking an experienced Formalities Officer.


They provide companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients with banking advisory services, comprehensive solutions, and innovative banking / investment products.


The Client Service and Formalities Competence Center which is responsible for all documentary aspects of the company’s relationships with their Private Banking clients. The Formalities officer acts as the main resource for the relationship managers for the contractual aspects of the accounts maintenance.


The core responsibilities of this well paid job are to provide advisory services, namely around the opening of accounts and to give input to corporate structures, as well as to tax aspects of such vehicles.


It is expected you will take a lead in optimizing the existing forms and agreements and establish new documents in close cooperation with the relevant legal departments. You will also need to be seen to be increasing efficiencies via the development of internal procedures.


To be considered for this key role you will be in a similar job already with a Legal or paralegal background.


Due to the pan European nature of the client book you will need to be fluent in English, German and French.


Absolute reliability and discretion is expected.
